Rebuilding Lives Through Meaningful Work
A welcoming, nonclinical community where adults living with mental illness in Corvallis and surrounding counties can regain purpose, build skills, and connect to opportunity.
At Pathfinder Clubhouse, we believe every person deserves a place to belong—and the opportunity to move forward with dignity, hope, and purpose.

Facing the Mental Health Crisis in Oregon
1 in 4 adults will be diagnosed with a mental illness.
Oregon has the highest prevalence of mental illness in the U.S. and ranks at the bottom in outcomes. Too often, people are left isolated, unemployed, or cycling through hospitalization without long-term support.
This isn’t just a personal issue—it affects families, communities, and entire systems.
A Model That Works
At Pathfinder Clubhouse, we provide a supportive, work-ordered day where members and staff collaborate side-by-side. Our community is built around belonging, empowerment, and purpose—proven to reduce hospitalizations, increase employment, and improve lives.
This isn’t treatment. It’s a place to reconnect with your strengths and take steps forward, together.
