Creating Stability, Purpose, and Community for Adults with Mental Illness
At Pathfinder Clubhouse, we believe recovery is possible—and it starts with connection, structure, and dignity.
We’re a nonclinical behavioral health program serving adults (18+) with mental health diagnoses across Benton, Lincoln, Linn, and Lane Counties. Our members work side-by-side with staff in a structured, supportive environment, gaining skills that lead to employment, independence, and meaningful relationships.
This isn’t treatment—it’s community. It’s a place where people are seen for their strengths, not their symptoms.
Our Mission
Improving lives through meaningful work for adults living with mental illness.
Our Story
Pathfinder Clubhouse opened in 2020 in Corvallis, Oregon, inspired by the success of other Clubhouses across the U.S. Our founders saw a critical gap in care: people leaving clinical treatment with nowhere to go and no support to maintain progress.
We created a space that says: You are not alone. You have something to contribute. And you matter.
Since opening our doors, we’ve helped members move into stable housing, return to school, find employment, and—perhaps most importantly—reconnect with hope.
